The theme’s code is yours to use under your purchase license. The fonts and icons are open licenses and ship with it; the demo photos are placeholders to replace. Each is explained below.
Photography License
The product, room and people photos are placeholders. They came with the original design and are Freepik stock, under Freepik’s terms, which allow use on a site under some plans but restrict passing the files on. Replace them with your own photography or images you have licensed before you launch, and do not redistribute them.
Icons License
Interface icons are drawn with subsets of Google’s Material Icons (Apache License 2.0) and IcoFont (font file under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, icon designs under CC BY 4.0, with the attribution shipped beside the font), served from your own domain, plus small SVGs that came with the design.
Fonts License
The type is Jost and DM Serif Display, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. They are bundled with the theme and served from your own domain, so pages make no request to Google Fonts.
Code License
The theme’s templates, components, scripts and styles are licensed to you under the terms of the marketplace it was bought from. It is built with Astro and Tailwind CSS (MIT), GSAP (GSAP standard license), Lenis (MIT) and sharp (Apache-2.0). LICENSE.md in the theme’s files lists every third-party part.
